Here is the rough draft of my plan for the remainder of the GAPS Challenge, which will finish up on July 18.
*Note: I’m doing an abbreviated version of Intro. If you have never done it before, the proper way is to move through the stages adding one new food/technique per day, and holding at a stage if diarrhea, abdominal pain, or severe gastrointestinal issues are part of the picture, such as diverticulitis, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, Lyme, MS, ME, etc. In those cases it is advised to hover in an Extended version of Stage 2.
Juicing is a mainstay of the Detox part of GAPS. You can do it on Full GAPS, and you can start it in Stage 4 of the Introduction diet (unless you need to boost crashing blood sugar with tiny amounts earlier in Intro).
