    Made broth with s nice soup chicken

    Drinking that broth

    Since I need fermented I’m making kombucha Feeling good

    Agrees with me

    Next lamb bone and organ broth with herbs and veg from garden

    Smells great cooking

    Maki g kombucha for my fermented

    Thank you for sharing your Starting Out steps.

    Do you have access to real sauerkraut, kimchi, beet kvass, or other lacto-fermented veggies at a store near you?

    Kombucha is workable on GAPS Intro if it is very fermented.
