Video Day 1
-
Hi folks,
Here is my morning “vlog” on Day 1. In an attempt to get videos DONE, rather than working on perfection, I may not always have every hair in place, etc. 🙂
Case in point, my frizzy, still-drying hair from a quick dip in the river after my morning run 😉

This jewel of wisdom has stayed with me through these first few days. I keep telling myself my most imperfect attempt on the full gaps is way better than sitting on my hands like I was doing. We ( me and my one-year-old twin daughters ) are enjoying my first ever Home made made stock. They keep blowing my mind with the foods that their body is enthusiastic about. I had to deal with yelling and tears when I cut them off from sauerkraut juice because it was only our second day and I didn’t want to give them too much!

Hi Karuna,
I’m SO glad this advice was helpful to you!! It can be such a barrier to starting.
Even this 4-Week Challenge. I could have waited until all the stars aligned, and the technology was perfect, and I had a clearly mapped out plan for each day. But…I started. Even whilst taking some days off from work, even whilst traveling to unknown towns with unknown restaurants and groceries situations, I’m DOING it. Not perfectly, but I’m DOING it.
Thanks for sending your feedback and your meat stock making success! Have so much fun with your kids and new food adventures. 🥰
Love,
Melanie
