Description

A simple and nutrient dense GAPS dessert


Ingredients

Scale
  • PER PERSON
  • 2 egg yolks (raw)
  • 1 tsp honey (raw)

Instructions

  1. Put egg yolk and honey into the bowl of a stand mixer (or use a hand held mixer) and whip on high for 2 to 2 and a half minutes.
  2. Pour into ramekins and enjoy right away or freeze for a frozen custard version.
