This is a simple cinnamon yogurt dip that is GAPS friendly and that my family loves to use for dipping apples and other fruit into. It has 4 simple ingredients that are usually on hand at any given time.
My daughter, Charlotte, is usually the one that pulls this recipe out to whip up in a few minutes. Now, if I could only get her to put away the ingredients when she’s done, we’d be all set 😉
