GAPS Diet Snack Notes:
- While on the GAPS™ Diet, we aim for 85% of our foods to be savory, nourishing, healing & gut microbiome populating with foods like soups, stocks/broths, meats, veggies, probiotics & eggs.
- But there is some room for some fun snacks!
- There is even room, a little, itty bit of room, for snacks on the GAPS Introduction Diet, the most restrictive portion of the GAPS™ Protocol.
- I’ve also included some snacks specific to a Low FODMAPS version of GAPS and a Keto/Blood Sugar diet version of GAPS.
